Do you ever wonder which way to go?
I have been wondering do I focus on weight loss or do I focus more on exercise?
Weight loss has a lot of things to focus on to make it all work. Mental health/ Emotional health issues that need to be worked through. Why do we eat what we eat and when we eat? Things that may have happened to us years ago and are triggered by certain times of the year, people or things. How do we overcome these issues? Focus on getting regular exercise, helps to lift the mood and combat depression. COVID is not helping with the mental health issues. Focus on the foods that I put in my belly? Make sure the choices are healthy? Trying to incorporate more daily without the feelings of being overwhelmed or deprived.....
