The gym time is already paying off, though I am mentally preparing myself for the inevitable stalls and plateaus. I've been able to steadily increase my weights in strength training and today I did over an hour of cardio and kept my heart rate in the cardio zone the entire time.

I am actually still stunned with flashes of pride along the emotional periphery. I knew I had good endurance, but that is beyond what I anticipated.

Due to the progress I am making, chances are I will be discharged from PT by the end of the month, far sooner than any of us expected. Progress feels good.
