Back to Weight Lifting!

After a weird week last week, I am back to weight lifting. I mentioned before that I ordered new supplies to follow a new workout routine and now those resistance bands were delayed in shipping, (as are so many things now) and are somewhere in middle America, and they'll be here eventually. So, I took 25 minutes and switched up my set up again, and went back to adjustable dumbbells AND IT FEELS SO GOOD! Sometimes those changes that feel like a big deal are really nothing more than spend some time and get'er done. So glad to be back on track. Funny, I had to take a step down weight wise after even that short of a break and will be working my way back up in short order. I'm always amazed at how quickly I both lose and gain strength.
