While I am not seeing consistent loss on the scale, I can be proud of the fact that I have been consistent in recording my food and exercising each day. I also jump in the community feed daily and post as well as be encouraged by others. These are the things I hang on to when the scale does not seem to give me the weight loss I expect. Either the scale will eventually drop, or I will understand changes I need to make to eating, etc. that I am not currently doing. I will continue to be consistent!
