Weight: 197.5 lbs - down 5.6 lbs Waist: 42" - up 1" Hips: 45" - down 0.5" Thigh: 24" - down 0.5" Upper Arm: 13.25" - same Chest: 37.25" - down 0.25" Woo-hoo! I hit "one"derland on Sunday! So exciting. I thought it felt good the first time. It feels so much better this time. I'm not sure why my waist size went up, but it just may have been my lack of measuring skills last week. I have a health coach this time helping me planning my meals and making it easier - which I need right now. Life is busy, as it is for all of us. Our society makes it so easy to gain weight with fast food and prepared dinners you just throw in the microwave. I grew up on most of these types of food. Even my first job was at McDonald's where I would get a free meal when I worked a shift ... that wasn't very helpful. I've decided to take a stand against the easy way. No more fast food, no more processed food. I know how bad they are for me and how bad the make me feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. I can't do it to my body anymore.
