Day 4 and 5 Rest days!

Day 4 was a humid, humid day. Everyone I knew was having the headache that nothing helped. Me included. Still walked the pup as needed, but too much being outside would cause me to have asthma problems. So, It was stay inside and the headache made me sleep a bit. Stayed inside the calories limits for sure. Still got the water in because I slept so much I was up late, really late.
Day 5 was a Sunday. Woke up late, felt like a mac truck ran over me. I think it was the metformin that hit me. Makes you feel like the flu, and needs to run its course. So, another day down. I will really need to catch up on real exercise this week. Did stay under my calories and drank 10 glasses of water today.
Stepped outside, looking like a walking dead character, just to take the pup out around midnight. A police car came up in the units parking lot, using the search light. They flashed it on me for a second. I can guarantee they won't do that again! They left quickly! lol Poor guys trying to keep us safe. Sorry fellas!
Did have time to plan my week some and I feel accomplished for getting that done today! Those small things that you have to appreciate! Ha! Spent time on Spark People as well.
This week is going to be to set a goal and keep being consistent until I make it a habit. I couldn't get service at my son's house one day, so I couldn't log in. Broke my streak for logging in and logging my food. It was disappointing, but you have to learn to get back on that horse and keep riding, right. So, I will continue that , it has become a habit. My new goal is to work on getting my exercise in everyday. At least ten minutes, until I work up to more. Small exercise snacks as Coach Beth says. I can maybe get in two ten minute snacks a day and eventually more. I can do this. Small changes.
