To blog or not to blog

It's been a loooong time since I've written anything here.
I make some positive habit changes, but see no positive change in myself.
Scale just isn't my friend.
Too much time thinking about that, perhaps.
I just want to be healthy.
The migraines seem to be gone, for now
(hopefully, forever.)
The stress comes & goes. I don't think one can totally get rid of that.
Bad day, I guess.
I still really miss my dog.
I keep as busy as I can, so I don't have time to think.

    I read something yesterday that said to notice things other than the scale. Like, if you're feeling better or have more energy, or if your skin and hair are looking better (from drinking more water), etc. Some of the positive habit changes you've made may be showing up in ways other than the scale.

    WE just have to keep trying---and this is a stressful time---maintaining is succeeding----and woohoo to the migraines being gone.

    I hear you about that scale. -- My husband has dropped 20 lbs over the past 4+ months. (So obviously the scale "works"... just not for me.)

    Keep up the excellent work.

    There’s nothing wrong with thinking...and no, the scale is not always our friend. Actually, it’s not the only way to measure success.
