Day 2 Trying something new!

I tried something new on Day 2. I tried Tai Chi! I've heard that people really like it, so I started watching videos and kind of scoffed at how easy it looked. Wow, when I tried a video for 12 minutes I was tired! But, it was so relaxing at the same time. I will do it again. You know what they say, don't judge a exercise, by its moves. Well, the points the same. Lol!
Stayed within my calorie limit. Over on sodium again. I'd like to reduce my carbs a bit. I think with my diabetes, that would work better for me too. Water is also going well. That's all I drink.
I was able to walk at the grocery store, while taking care of that errand. Took some extra laps around for good measure!
I am feeling better about my journey today!
