It's day 30 and I am still here. The reward I reap is this rhythm of consistent work outs that give me so much more than the promise of reaching my weight loss goal. Those endorphins spring me into work, keep my mood stable, actually decrease my appetite (who knew?!) and I don't think it's a coincidence that my breakfasts are always spot on nutrition and calorie wise. I feel like I have one part of my healthy lifestyle down :)
Now for the hard part: I need to figure out how to stay on my nutrition plan.
I am actually looking forward to seeing what else will change in the days ahead. I don't look too far ahead. I just focus on showing up today and doing what it takes to be good to me, body, mind, spirit, just for today.
