Pandemic and comfort food

With all the stress of the pandemic, it is easy to reach for
comfort food and snacks to calm yourself. Now is not the
time for mindless eating. Keep healthy food at hand but
also stay active when the urge to splurge on sweets happens.
Find comfort in other things beside food. Read a good book,
take a walk, do a short workout or check out the excellent
