Mini fast, Hydroxychloroquine, Tonic Water and Oysters

Finally, I'm back to fasting, sort of. I did a 48-hour fast on Sun and Mon. I'm not counting this one as I only count the 60+ hour fast. So next weekend will be my regular fast which I will count.
I think the real star to Hydroxychloroquine protocol against Covid is zinc. Zinc is known to suppress viral replication. Since you require a prescription to get a hold of HCQ, I will use HCQ substitute for boosting my immune system.
You can take Quercetin and zinc supplement, but I prefer the food route. Tonic water has quinine which is what HCQ is all about, thus, I'm talking tonic water with oysters. Other foods along the same line are green tea for EGCG, onions for quercetin. Oyster is the king of zinc.
