We're asked to blog about our progress this past month and my goals for this month:
Today's Weight = 218.8 (-2.2 pounds)
In the last month, I have:
1) Lost 2.2 pounds during the month of July.
2) Decreased my daily step goal from 14,000 steps to 11,000 steps.
3) Reached daily exercise goal of 60 - 120 minutes days 29 out of 31 days.
4) Reached my daily sleep goal of 6 - 7 hours 27 days out of 31 days.
1) Exercise 60 -120 minutes per day (cardio, strength, stretching).
2) Daily Steps at least 11,000 per day (Back to remote working).
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night.
4) Lose at least 5 pounds.
5) Daily self-care activities (journaling, coloring, pamper session, reading, outdoors).
