These are the three goals I am focusing on this month:
My first goal for August is to exercise at least ten minutes every day. In July I exercised 27 out of 31 days, so I should be able to do every day in August.
My second goal is to get at least one thousand fitness minutes for the month. In July I got over eight hundred minutes, so I just need to increase my daily times a little.
My third goal for August is to do strength training at least three times a week. I have really been neglecting the strength training lately, so I want to get back into the habit.
