Weekly Mantra: Expect nothing. Appreciate everything.

Happy Sunday and Hello August! I had some time off of work in July, but now I am back, refreshed and recharged. Not fully back into the office yet due to Covid-19, but honestly I enjoy working from home. Currently, we have a 4-hour window once per week that we can go into the office to process paperwork or complete any other tasks that cannot be done at home. Even though Michigan's Covid-19 case numbers are increasing each day, I still appreciate life itself and the quality time I am spending with my family.

Today's Weight = 218.8 (-2.0)

Weekly Goals:

1) To lose 1 - 2 pounds this week
2) Exercise at least 60 - 120 minutes per day
3) Daily Steps at least 11,000 per day
4) Sleep 6 - 8 hours per night
5) Daily Meditating & Journaling
