I want to stop stepping on the scale every day, because I don't want to get completely caught up in losing weight instead of getting healthier and stronger. I know weighing every day makes some people feel more accountable, but I don't think that's the case for me. Once a week is fine, and as long as there's a slow downward trend I'll be fine.

    emoticon That is what I'm doing. Sunday is my weigh in day. I'm keeping away from the scale all other times, and none of my goals are number based right now, just health based!
