They can be synchronize with the web site version AND your smartphone SparkPeople App.

On the web site you can go to the "MY TRACKERS" pull down menu. There you will find My Nutrition & My Fitness Links. Once you are at your desired location you can start to setup your meal planner, favorite recipes, eat-in/eat-out selections. On the fitness side you can enter your regular routines by single stations, groups, or even SparkPeople workout in private videos. You track or alter with you smart device. And everything is synched to YOU.
