Pedaling towards my goal.

I've started riding my bike more because it's easier on my joints. In the last couple weeks I've put on more miles in one ride than I thought possible for me. I guess being curious what is at the end of the road has kept me pedaling. It's been fun and I'm seeing some results. This morning's ride I went 16.4 miles through logging roads. Lots of hills, gravel and a few biting flies but well worth the effort. So thankful for the health to do it and get back in shape.
