Getting Back On Track

Had a tough July. Didn't work out much. I did manage to eat ok. But I started exercising again today!

    You are definitely in the right place! Please keep posting and contacting people here. You will find plenty of wise support. I joined over 10 years ago! I certainly have not become slim but yes slimmer! Over that time, I lost 40 lbs. Very very slow progress but that's me. I had extremely bad, ingrained, lifelong food habits. If SP can help me, it can help anyone! chris
