OMG, did I really just bake something I cannot keep my hands off of? How did I know before I tried that new recipe that I was going to use it as my breakfast, lunch and dinner! Oh and snacks too.
Something simple like homemade pumpkin seed crackers.
No, not pizza, no not ice cream, no not pasta. I said it - Crackers.
I feel like I have to go to Crunchers Anonymous.
"It's been 3 hours since I had my last cracker."
Ohhh they are so good albeit I thought I would have 48 crackers around for well... at least a couple of weeks not a couple of days!
I just love something that crunches. And potato chips are out of the question but not an unprocessed, organic, sweet and savory 55 calorie cracker...I know right?
Okay....better today... I have had only 3 of them for an in-between meal snack.
I think I am over it now. I have control.
I just saw this great recipe for homemade saltines.....Eeeek!
