Well, it honestly has been the Covid 10 pound weight gain for me, but I’m trying to get back in control! Have been working out daily since Monday, on antidepressants since Wednesday, and have eaten less than 2000 calories a day since Monday. Tracking is really important!! Hope to be down to 170 by my birthday. Am at 174.6 today. Maybe by the end of the month?! Let’s try!
