My mini fruit detox

During the lockdown in the UK I ate more pressed food than I have in a long time. I felt sluggish and bloated.
How could I make myself feel better? I read somewhere you can detox with certain fruit
so here goes I have strawberries with natural yogurt for breakfast I snack on blueberry's during the the day and for dinner I have either sushi or a fresh piece of fish tuna or salmon with loads of salad for dessert I have melon and grapes
I am starting to feel better already
