something I never talk about

and that is exercise. I started exercising about 23 years ago. At first it was at the local YMCA and my brother and sister helped me get my first membership. I used to take the bus to the near by Y and just use the treadmill. pretty soon I was also using weights and taking STEP classes. Then Zumba and then adding swimming. Druing my hiatus from work due to Covid, I used our treadmill (my husband won a treadmill in a sales contest and I bought 3 lb weights from Target. I also did You Tube exercise routines -- about 20 minutes a day total. I am now back at the gym. I exercise at least 20 minutes a day 5 days a week right now and want to get back up to 6 days a week to 30 - 45 minutes a day. I love swimming and dancing
