New habit success

As I continue my journey and develop my new habits, I've been seeing a positive trend in my choices. I'm not reaching for or craving sugary/fatty/salty things as much! A friend was scheduled to stop on his way home from work, and he called to ask my husband and me what flavor Cold Stone did we want? I turned it down in a nano-second and didn't even consider it or miss it! I do still indulge in ice cream (and even pizza!) on occasion, but I was right in my ideal calorie range for the day, and knew that a small treat would put me over! Having a social-distance visit on the deck with a friend was worth way more than a calorie dense treat that wouldn't add anything positive to my day (or food tracker)!
I count that as a new habit win for success!
