Goals for August!

August 2020 Goals
I'm finding I do so much better-setting goals for myself. Not all focus on weight loss.
1. Make the kitchen and pantry work for me in doing some rearranging in both.
2. Work on paper clutter.
3 Keep total carbs below 20 for 5 days and 30 on other days.
4. Work on right hip exercises.
5. Relax more and stay on a mostly clean animal-based lifestyle.
6. Sign up for a health workshop.
7. Wear my lipoedema compression garments 6 days a week.
8. Try something new each week.
9. Do the wave for 60 minutes for 5 days a week.
10. Work on getting the basement in order.
11. Continue to enjoy my summer.
12. Go for a loss of 10 lbs this month starting weight 160.
If I can lose that 10 lbs and weigh 150 this month. I would be breaking my longest goal set when starting Spark People.
