Getting there, one step at a time

I've been trying a new workout plan and I'm watching what food I eat and now I have 3 1/2 more pounds to lose and I will hit my goal! I'm walking a little more, drinking more water and just staying away from so much junk food. Sure, I have a little something from time to time, but overall, I've decided that I really don't want or need to sweets like that anymore. I wasn't sure I could do it, but I'm getting there, one step at a time! Definitely determined!
