I got up and did my normal morning stuff yesterday and I finally got around to walking at a little after ten. I was doing pretty well until the cool down part of the walk, at which point I tripped over my own feet and fell in the road. I bloodied my knee up, and a neighbor ran out to help me up and to help clean the wound. I don't know whether I'm more embarrassed or more mad that I tripped over nothing. It was nice of the neighbor to help, though.

So, do I take the risk of walking again today? I might, because I'll have to eventually anyway. Maybe I should invest in kneepads. It would look ridiculous but it would save my knees from my clumsy feet.

Or maybe I'll use my new 5 pound weights and my loop bands today. I've been meaning to but haven't yet. I don't know why things like that intimidate me, videos with exercises are easy to find and it's just a matter of doing it. Tonight I can take a walk with my fiance, and hope that he can keep me from pitching over when we walk.

Sorry about your fall, but glad that the neighbor was there to help you.

I am sorry you fell. I hope you're okay and that you can continue walking. I am very clumsy myself and have to be extra careful
