Got to tick off my job of moving the garden sleepers 100lb each. Couldn't drag them far. Helpers anyone? Husband too tired, boys at Uni. Not feeling flash but dug beep and flipped them over end by end till moved back into place. Somehow there is a 40cm gap! Minor adjustment.. Quiet day now and I am sure this will soon pass. Reset my weight loss goal. I started in Feb but day before lock down was told I had 50/50 chance of some nasties in my body. Stress till 3 months later finally getting all clear. By then I had piled on weight from stress eating. Now feeling terrific, set my new goal of 1lb a week weight loss. Not because I couldnt do it faster as I have before but I am concentrating on habits that are life sustaining. When I under ate my body was starving and eventually stress eating put it back on. When I lost through lots and lots of exercise the weight returned because I didn't have all day to exercise. This time it is considered. Sticking to my calories and watching my macros. Fruit and veg have always been my friend. Lower salt foods, very little sugar, considered healthy fats, raised my protein B L D to keep level energy. Allowed a little wine. And last two days when scales moved up before dropping today, just staying calm and focused. Pushed the doubt away, I knew my jeans were less tight, why did I need to see scales move. They will all in their own good time. Drink water to fill up fat cells before it finally gives way. Eating kindly. Go gardeners!
