So many times we are disappointed because things don't happen when we think they should. For some it may take months to lose 10 pounds while others have lost that 10 pounds in 3 weeks. We are all different and have to realize others may be eating less, exercising more and drinking more water. The truth is we get the reward for the work we put into our goals and the time it takes depends only on us.
