Trying a new workout plan

So I have been trying a new exercise program and so far it's really working out well. I'm feeling the burn in each workout and it's really helping me start my day on the right foot. I'm hoping to stay motivated enough to keep it going. I can't wait for my weigh in on Monday so I can see my progress!
