My momentum, well it's done gone away. I have been sticking to eating in the ranges Inshould for the most part, however I've not worked out for a few days. Saturday I spend hours cleaning and moving things so I've not been completely in active. Still, I know I have to work out. Depression is coming back. My Birthday is Sunday and so maybe I'm having a crisis over that. I have to get out of the all or nothing mindset, it is just so damned hard. At least I'm still drinking my water and sticking in my calorie range. That's my silver lining. Anyway pointless ramble as always. Thanks for reading. Here's a picture of pretty clouds. ❤

    Please re-read your post. Focus on the right actions you are continuing to take: water, sticking to your calorie range, hours of cleaning and moving things. Those aren't pointless. Those are vital actions toward your goals. You might try a 'moving meditation' to diminish negative feelings and rack up some fitness minutes. You are worth it.
