Well my hormones must have leveled out for that one week because now I'm fighting tooth and nail not to chow down on every sweet thing in my house :D.

I'm up to 238, which is still in my range. However, I've definitely been slacking in healthy habits I built that I should be continuing like drinking water and not pop, walking, logging my food, and portion control.

I had some moments to myself this morning, and I realized that I can do better. I had been down a little bit because even though I am so thrilled to have this baby, I had made so much progress with my weight loss. But in these moments this morning I realized that even though I have to gain some weight back, I don't have to fall into a rabbit hole again. That part is completely up to me. Those things above I'm not doing ^^ are things they recommend for a healthy pregnancy.

So this morning I've woken up with a fresh attitude and a newfound motivation I had been missing for a while now. I can't control everything, but the things above I have control over. And if I keep control, come January after delivery, I will be able to bounce back quickly!

By the way, I found out I am having a little girl. I'm over the moon. Our little Miley Jo 💞💞

New goals! (I have to adjust and build back up where I've slacked off)

Water- at least 64 ounces. 1 pop a day, 1 coffee
Walking- 6000 steps
Food- 1800-2000 calories a day
Prenatal vitamin, nutrient-dense food!

Let's go. Keep moving forward!
