An update and a joke

I have changed my name from IMEMINE1 to be more personal and hopefully it will keep me motivated to be a better me?
This month I am have been pushing the exercise and healthy eating. Both are coming along.
I added 50 pushups- doing them 5 times at 10 per set. I am doing most of them modified but am working on building up the "Big Boy" ones.
Bill and I walked both Sat & Sun. Sat. we walked the a trail for about a mile. (He has to build it up since he is about 10 pounds or so over weight and he does have bad legs and his hips have to get loose. (He says they burn for awhile.
Sunday, we walked in a town near here, Palmerton, and we walked 1 mile from the car to 1 mile back. So, he did so good. Today we want to go again, in a different town, since he enjoys that more than the trail. I actually like either, although I like the trails better.
I am trying to do one walk dvd a day, although I don't always make that one, But I will keep at it, but I do one of the boot camp videos. Plus I am doing a plank and seeing how far I can hold one each morning.
I am determined to get rid of that pouch I carry around in the belly.
OK. Now for a joke. ******Wedding Gift*****
Martha had a wedding to go to and needed a wedding gift, but she procrastinated and ended up having to come up with something a couple days before the wedding.
She thought about it and finally said, “Aha, I have that monogrammed silver tray from my wedding that I never use. I’ll just take it to a silversmith and have him remove my monogram and put hers on it. Voila, one cheap wedding present.”
Happy with her idea, she took it to the silversmith and asked him to remove her monogram and put the new one on.
The silversmith took a look at the tray, shook his head and said, “Lady, this can only be done so many times!”
