my vitamins---I was taking 1 of these a day, on Dr’s advise I started taking 2 of them a day.
The label amount is for 2 pills. I have not lost since I upped to two per day. I am (as of tomorrow – I have unfortunately already taken the second one today) going back to 1. And as soon as I can find a good one I am just going to change vitamins. (I have to find ones without folic acid as I lack the gene to metabolize folic acid)

edit to add = I am actually not going to take anymore at all. My best friend who used to be my nurse said no more! I have ordered a multi with normal amounts
2nd edit to add = Talked with doctor this morning 7-13-2020, said to stop the high potency vitamins as they were most likely causing issues. that sleeve does not need this type vitamins, only bypass and duodenal switch. as they are malabsorptive. Said these vitamins would likely cause serious issues with liver
