June Review; July Goals

My goals for June were:

Nutrition:
1. Follow a whole food, plant-based way of eating for the most part;
2. Limit sweets

Exercise:
1. Walk 30- 45 minutes Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Walk 45 -60 minutes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
2. Stretch daily for a minimum of 10 minutes.
3. 45 minutes yoga Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
4. Minimum of 10 minutes of strength on Tuesday and Thursday.

I struggled some with my nutrition goals, but I definitely did better than I had been doing.
For the most part I met my exercise goals, although I still struggled with meeting my strength goals.

For July my goals are:
Nutrition:
1. Follow a whole food, plant-based way of eating for the most part;
2. Limit sweets, oil and salt

Exercise:
1. Walk 30-45 minutes Monday, Wednesday and Friday; walk 45 – 60 minutes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
2. 7,500 steps minimum daily
3. Stretch daily for a minimum of 10 minutes
4. 45 minute yoga Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5. 45 minute restorative yoga on Thursday
6. 8 minute arm workout at least three days a week
7. 8 minute lower body workout at least three days a week; and
8. 8 minute core workout at least three days a week.
