Better Day

Even though I didn't sleep great I still had a better day. My workout was good. My food was good. I even prepped some breakfasts for later in the week. So I feel accomplished.
I also weighed this morning. I weigh twice a week Wednesday and Sunday. Sunday is the day that I actually log in my weight but I'm going to log it in twice a week too. Much to my surprise this morning I was down over half a pound. So it's working! Patience and Consistency is the key!!
I'm going to keep on keeping on. Later in the week I'll share some recipes and photos. I'm even thinking about refreshing my FB page that I had to my blog. I still might. If I do I'll be doing some live cooking videos! Won't that be fun!!
