Create measurable goals you can check off

These should be smaller things that take you only a couple of weeks to accomplish. You can have your ultimate goal, but if it’s years out, motivation can wane.

    I like this tip of keeping goals small. Especially for me at this point in my life, I just keep taking on way too much at one time and getting deeper and deeper into the "Overwhelm" place, not a pretty place, and definitely not a healthy place to make the meaningful changes I want to make...
    So, I am once more back at the drawing board to figure out exactly how to put this tip into practice... thank you for the reminder!
