Doctors visit

Tuesday, July 07, 2020

Today I have a follow-up appointment and in the afternoon I take my daughter to get her wisdom teeth removed. I'm most nervous about my daughter because when her dad got his wisdom teeth removed he had a terrible time, and I hope it goes better for my daughter. I'm glad to be free to take care of her today, though. And to be strong enough to do it. Eating food with iron in it has made a difference in my energy levels, and yesterday I felt fairly close to being normal. I'm still more tired than I would like to be, but I have the opportunity to rest and nap, and I do. If I keep moving as much as possible, and resting when I get tired, and eating to get better, I know I'll get to where I want to be.

My daughter's wisdom teeth removal went well, and I'm very relieved about it. My incision isn't healing like it should be, but I don't think it's a huge deal. The Dr is going to culture the seepage from the wound to see what antibiotic he needs to put me on. Everything else went great.
