Not letting life's hiccups derail me.

Today is a great reminder in being flexible instead of letting life get in the way. I lost my favorite workout buddy (my daughter) for a few weeks. We used to work out together when she was a young teenager, and we've been back at it for the last couple of months with walking, and more recently cardio. πŸ‘― She encourages me, makes me try harder, and reminds me to laugh when my two left feet get the better of me. I love my girl. 😍 So. What to do. We're going to try to workout separately, but coordinated. We each have a Walk It Out video and can even coordinate how many miles we'll do together. It's not the same as being in the same room, but it is what it is and we'll still chat/text/call to spark each other on about tracking, goals, and food ideas. πŸ‡ We're both working full time, with me working from home, so there will likely be those days where we'll each do our own thing. That's okay too because it breaks up routines and keeps the body guessing. I'm still going to miss her, but I won't let this hiccup slow me down. She'll be back with me soon enough. It's time to keep sparking, one day at a time❗
