New Exercise Day 3

I have been really busy this morning, for one thing I am finding a new caretaker to interview--a lot of phone calls. SO I forgot to do recommended stretches again!

I am starting out doing 20 minutes. I also cycled for about 5 minutes at the lowest tension to cool down, but didn't count it.
