I walked a total of 196 miles in June - 29 of the 30 days I hit 12K Steps or more. I can even say that I've increased my speed and have begun alternating a gentle jog in my steps.
I tracked my food and exercise every day in June.
I had only 6 days in June without Cardio ... so 24 out of 30 Cardio days is a pretty good ratio.
I added a new Standing Yoga program to my daily exercise plan this past month. And I am really enjoying it. The stretching feels so good and my balance is improving ... even though I never thought it was bad.
Still looking for a Kettlebell routine ... although I have been making 10 minutes during most evenings to work my arms with my dumb bells.
Our veggie garden is all planted and already we have had some squash, cucumbers, radishes, and tomatoes from it. I need to get some pictures together and post them here. It's really looking good this year.
I also tracked my new goal of eliminating flour from my diet. I had some type of flour 8 days in June. So 22 of 30 were totally flour-free. This has made a big difference on my waist line. I lost 3.5 inches there over the past 2 months. I'll continue tracking and improving.
The new washer and dryer was delivered ... and now we're planning to put up a pool this month.. We're getting used to being back to a household of 2. DGS visits here every other weekend and stays over. It's nice to have a new balance of quiet time and dedicated grandson time too !!

I am impressed with your accomplishments and dedication that you showed in June. I like all your stats. Hmmm....maybe I should do that. Keep more specific stats, that is. But first I must start visiting SP and checking in with the Cloverleafs a little more often. Hoping July is going equally well Diane. See you in the Fall Challenge. 181 days ago
