BSG July Challenge - Week One

Mental Pep Talk:

We're asked to blog about our progress this past month and my goals for this month:

Today's Weight = 221 (+2.0 pounds)

In the last month, I have:

1) Gained 2 pounds during the month of June.
2) Increased my daily step goal from 12,000 steps to 14,000 steps.
3) Reached daily exercise goal of 60 minutes days 21 out of 30 days.
4) Reached my daily sleep goal of 6 - 7 hours 26 days out of 30 days.

July Goals:

1) Exercise 60 - 120 minutes per day.
2) Daily Steps at least 14,000 per day.
3) Sleep 7 hours per night.
4) Lose at least 5 pounds.
5) Daily Journaling, Daily Pep Talk & Gratitude Blogging
