Happy 4th of July to everyone who celebrates this holiday. Today was a total chill day with the exception of the 5% Summer Challenge starting today as well. I started off kind of slow this morning, but I was able to get in a very nice workout before dinner. This week's 5% challenge focuses on exercise, water intake and daily routine.

Daily Routine:

1) A consistent morning routine
2) Read Bible, Prayer & Meditation
3) Remote Work, if applicable
4) Chores and/or Run Errands
5) Exercise
6) Self-Care Activity (journaling, coloring, Sparking, reading)
7) A consistent nighttime routine
