When I first started this journey I heard that you should walk 10000 steps per day. So I made that my goal. I continually failed to meet that goal and felt like a failure. So I knew the baby steps were going to have to be half that goal. I made my new goal 5000 steps. Then increased gradually to 6300 steps. I really need to increase that goal but I am afraid. I have been able to reach and exceed that goal for a while. Advice?? Anyone,!
