New month, new goals and a quick joke

Hi everyone and Happy July.
I hope it goes better than June. I am sure it will.
I am up a pound. I have been up and down all month. I hope to get it right this month.
My goals are to:
walk 15K a day
Yoga everyday
Strength train at least 10 min. a day
AND of course..... emoticon (rattle roll) couldn't find a drum,
Healthy food choices (Cut out junk foods)
That's it. Simple,right.
We know what to do, let's do it.

I asked my brother-in law ,the father of 4 boys,"If you had it to do all over again, would you still have kids?" "Yes". he said. "Just not these four."
