Guessing I'm going to track my sleep

I'm sporting the dark circles today. I could not sleep and then I got up at 6 because I was expecting a delivery at 7 - HA! They delivered and were gone by 7 and I hadn't even had my coffee yet. YIKES! I mean, it was brewed, I just couldn't get to the coffee pot because it was blocked. After dealing with the delivery, I did something I rarely let myself indulge in lately - nap time! Now I remember why I stopped allowing myself to take one. I'm more awake than usual at this time. I really hope I can sleep tonight. My sleep sched is already messed up. I feel like a toddler with the, "I'm not tired" and then dropping off at odd times. So...even though half the time I bop myself or hubby in the head with my watch I really need to try to understand my sleep better. I know that when I don't sleep I make poor choices...especially food choices. Got my trusty Garmin waiting to give me some answers.
