trying to get back to my tracking

Trying to get back to tracking my food and fitness and getting serious about getting out for walks in nature and time outside. I am really struggling to make the necessary changes and it is going to take baby steps and one thing at a time. First back to tracking, don't know why it has been so hard for me to be consistent. But all I can do is try again.
I am needing some kind of guidance on diet, but Sparks meal plans are too restrictive and don't include many foods. Does anyone know an eating plan that might help me, something with everyday foods and easy to follow. I am open to any suggestions you have. Something sensible that will help me keep my calories in line.
