New Week...New Chance to Succeed!

As I watch the nothing!, I tend to get frustrated. emoticon But, then, I remember the changes I have made. I am more active on purpose. emoticon emoticon I eat far more cleanly again. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I strive to get more sleep. emoticon I track exercise and food. With these improvements in my lifestyle, I know the scale is bound to cooperate very soon. I started back at SP a couple months ago as I had regained some of the lost weight that had stayed off for several years. So, I believe I will be back at goal again. I know I can do it. SP is such a wonderful encouragement. emoticon I look forward to the Summer 5% challenge. If I succeed with 5% loss I will be half-way there. Hoping to get close to that 10% goal. We will see.
