After three days on vacation, I came right back and continued my exercise. While I was on vacation, I kept in mind that I had to report all of my daily activities. I made sure to get in exercise wherever I could; like walking. I did so much my legs hurt. I felt good about the walking. The food on the other hand. I hated the fat count on eating out. Note to self....STAY AWAY FROM SONIC. There is a plus here, I did not overeat. Porportions is another another thing I kept in mind.
