My perfect intervals walk

Once again, may I say I am just one lucky Sparkie?!?
Sooo happy to be out walking again around my verrry quiet neighborhood.
I started out slowly a few weeks ago as I needed to monitor some old lady ailments but all is well (so far) so I have paid more attention to the cardio fitness aspect of it lately.
Well, I was thrilled to notice that my 30 minute walk is a perfect intervals workout!
It starts out as a loooong slow incline to warm me up, then a sorta steep hill for two minutes to get my heart rate way up, followed by a fairly flat 10- 15 minutes, then another, long steeper incline of 6-8 minutes, flat again for 5, other side of that first steep hill, then down that long slow incline right to my house to cool down...perfect!
All I need to do is stretch and I am feeling like a million bucks!
