Last curtain!

I know Saturday's update had that I was putting the last curtain up in the loom house but I got to the village and realized I left the rod and curtain at home!!!

But today is the day!!


It is a little shorter than the other two because of the 'rod'. Instead of a skinny spring rod this set of windows has a taken-apart pull down shade. The fixtures were already there and I figured that to use anything else would mean I would have to make two pieces so I could have something in the middle to deal with the weight of the fabric. But the center core of a pull shade is strong enough to hold the short curtain and looks very nice!!!

As an added benefit we now have a nice, large piece of vinyl to use as a drop cloth or under the picnic blanket cloth or 'dump everything on this to sort it' cloth. The options are endless!!
